Bookings & enquiries

Submitting a booking request through this site is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is only confirmed once we’ve agreed availability, rates and terms with you in writing. We do not publish nightly prices online; rates are quoted on request and depend on the property, season and length of stay.

Property information

We work hard to keep descriptions, photos and amenities accurate. Details may change and availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. If anything is unclear, please ask before booking.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in your enquiry
• Respect community rules, including ID registration and pet policies
• Treat each rental and its shared facilities with care

Third parties

Some services (transfers, tours, real estate) may be provided by trusted partners. Their own terms may apply, and we’ll make that clear when arranging them.
